What we do

The association concerns itself with all matters affecting coconut seed gardening and nursery operations in Ghana and takes action with respect therefore as may be considered expedient with special reference to the following matters;

• • To unite all coconut seed gardening and nursery operators in Ghana into one strong organization.
  • To act as the mouth piece of all coconut seed gardening and nursery operators in Ghana.
  • To promote, provide and protect the economic interest of all the coconut seed gardening and nursery operators in Ghana.
  • To keep members informed on all matters relating to agricultural development in Ghana.
  • To promote the marketing of agricultural produce of members.
  • To promote good relation between the association and similar organization of farmers in other countries.
  • To ensure that the coconut farming inputs are available in adequate quantities, at reasonable prices and at appropriate time.
  • To co-operate with the government of Ghana in the pursuit of agricultural advancement.
  • To arouse and increase public interest in agriculture i.e. coconut cultivation.
  • To place the services of the association at the disposal of public bodies and other organizations in pursuit of coconut seed gardening and nursery operating.
  • To solicit for external aid for the association when necessary and possible.
  • To educate and inform members of the latest trends and technology in coconut cultivation.
